Qualifying
Leasing requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Provide proof of income (3 times the rent amount GROSS).
- Pay a Security Deposit equal to 1 month's rent rate.
- Complete an application and pay a $75 Application Fee for each person that will be financially responsible for rent. The Application Process includes a credit and criminal background check.
- Pay a Non-Refundable Admin Fee of $50, at the time of Lease Signing.
- Must Provide proof of Renters Insurance, at the time of Lease Signing.
- Minimum Credit score of 600 (However, exceptions and other terms may apply if lower than 600)
- Must not have an eviction within the past 3 years and have no late payments in the past 12 months. (However, if you have had an eviction or late payments as stated above, a Double or Triple Security Deposit may be required for approval)
